Abstract


This article focuses on how to effectively promote lean production model environment AstraZeneca 's combination of lean concepts to improve the existing quality management system , quality management objectives set lean requirements , while taking advantage of the lean tools to create a quality management benefit discussed. The goal is to lean into pharmaceutical quality management , AstraZeneca entire supply chain and all customers to create greater value at the same time improve the quality of medicines . The main content of this paper includes five parts , first expounded the contact of the pharmaceutical industry , lean production , and why AstraZeneca to implement lean manufacturing ; After discussion of the factors that affect the quality of medicines and pharmaceutical quality management model . The second section describes how to create a distinction based on the quality management model of lean thinking and traditional quality management as well as the new model . The article third and fourth part describes how to combine Lean goal to ensure that the premise of quality and continuously improve efficiency , eliminate waste and create wealth in supplier quality management and internal quality management . Sum up the last part of the Lean implementation experience .
