Abstract


With the strategic shift of the global industry , the chemical industry to become one of the pillar industries in China . In the process of science and technology , high-tech , high-performance , low-pollution , high value-added chemical new materials research projects plays a very important role . High technical requirements of new chemical materials research projects , the innovative , long cycle , complex systems , the development process is a high risk activity . But by the long history of customary and traditional management model of new chemical materials research projects management mode still followed the main administrative management model of the planned economy era , has not yet established an effective risk management mechanism of modern project . New Chemical Materials research projects the status of the risk management in China is booming , new chemical materials business is very inconsistent .
