Abstract

Polymer material in contact with the organism occurs when the coagulation and thrombosis, and must therefore be surface-modified to increase its biocompatibility prevent thrombosis. Plasma graft polymerization (Grafting) and surface coating (Coating) as a simple and effective surface modification technology has been widely used in biological materials modification fields. The first topic anhydrous anaerobic conditions by using the \BMA) polymerization of Poly (MPC-co-BMA), through the ATR-FTIR, XPS and ~ 1H-NMR characterization of its structure to determine the success of MPC synthesis . Then the Ar plasma by cryogenic techniques polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane surface , degassing a liquid phase method using the PTFE membrane surface eventually grafted MPC. By ATR-FTIR, XPS, SEM, static contact angle and anticoagulant experiment grafted PTFE membrane surface were analyzed and calculated the PTFE membrane surface grafting rate and surface energy . The results show that MPC was grafted on the surface of the PTFE membrane , and the modified PTFE membrane graft in the water contact angle 108 ° down to 58.25 °, the surface from 17.52mN / m to 45.47mN / m, greatly improving the its hydrophilicity. Also studied the plasma treatment time , MPC monomer concentration and the grafting time on the PTFE surface modification , the results showed that: a plasma discharge power 20W, processing time 40s, the monomer concentration of 25wt%, the grafting grafting time 24h preferably , MPC-grafted PTFE membrane performance is optimal . Platelet adhesion assay and clotting time test results show that the MPC grafted PTFE membrane surface after platelet adhesion was significantly reduced, but has little effect on clotting time , indicating that MPC-grafted PTFE membrane anticoagulant improved. The same time through polylactic acid and amino acid choline chloride synthesized by the reaction of phosphorus -containing phosphatidylcholine polylactic acid PLA-PC, through the viscosity-average molecular weight , ATR-FTIR, XPS and ~ 1H-NMR characterization of its structure . And measuring the PLA and PLA-PC coating a PTFE surface contact angle, surface energy and anticoagulant . The results show that PLA-PC coated with a PTFE membrane significantly increased surface hydrophilicity , improved coagulation . Material for the study of artificial blood vessels blood compatibility has laid a good foundation.
