Abstract


The article is divided into three parts : Part I: do some simple introduction to organic synthesis reaction of the aqueous phase in recent years . Part II: cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and benzyl trimethyl ammonium bromide catalyzed by the aromatic aldehyde , malononitrile and hydroxypyrimidine one-pot reaction in an aqueous medium to obtain a series of pyran and [ 2,3 - d ] pyrimidine compound. The mild reaction conditions , simple operation , high yield , and green solvent . Part III: aromatic aldehyde , malononitrile and 2 - mercapto-4 - hydroxy-6 - amino- pyrimidine as raw material , sodium lauryl sulfate aqueous solution of catalyst in the synthesis of a series of 7 - amino-6 - Cyanide - mercapto-4 - carbonyl - 4H- pyridin -5 - aryl-2 and [ 2,3 - d ] pyrimidine compound. Mild reaction conditions , simple post-processing .
