Abstract


From the foundation of the United Nations, to maintain the international peace and security has been its purpose. Based on th《eUnited Nation’s Charter》,the United Nations present and implement the creative concept of the UN peacekeeping operations in order to achieve this goal. Through sixty years of practice, the UN peacekeeping operation has accumulated experience and gained unprecedented success. This success is closely linked with the United Nations who adapts to the trend and develops the guidelines and basic principles of the peacekeeping operation. In the context of a new era, the UN peacekeeping operation continues to face the problems such as funding, personal and others. To induct and research, then give feasible method to resolve these problems has a very important significance to promotion the development of the UN peacekeeping operation, and it will be the focus of this article.
