Abstract


Objective: To evaluate efficacy clinical studies of acupuncture sensitive point with the treatment of frozen shoulder shoulder three-pin , And sensitive to the acupuncture points with the shoulder three needles to make an objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of treatment of frozen shoulder . Methods: 60 the periarthritis patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of shoulder pain in the two groups of patients assessed shoulder function activity changes in the degree of clinical efficacy of treatment and initial efficacy comparative study. Results : ① treatment group and the control group between the two groups to treat pain improvement differences was statistically significant ( P <0.01 ) , pain to improve the situation in the treatment group than the control group . ② treatment group and the control group in improving shoulder abduction , external rotation in neutral position , the hand neck between the two groups were significantly different ( P <0.05 ) , so the treatment group in improving shoulder abduction , external rotation in neutral position , hands neck three functional activities than the control group . ③ treatment by the statistical test ( P <0.01 ) , the treatment group and the control group, there was a significant difference , the treatment of the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group . ④ the first treatment the total symptom score before and after The statistical test (P <0.01), Description relieve frozen shoulder pain for the first time , to improve the periarthritis of shoulder function in patients with active degree of change , the treatment group was significantly better than the control group . ( 5 ) The statistical test ( P <0.05 ) , the treatment group and the control group compared comprehensive efficacy significant difference between the treatment group than the control group . Conclusion: Both methods treatment of frozen shoulder have achieved good clinical efficacy can to improve the situation of frozen shoulder patients pain and shoulder function activity limitation , research indicators excellent quantitative efficacy evaluation and treatment of frozen shoulder treatment group in the control group .
