Abstract


The purpose of this project is to observe the the cured barrier hole cryotherapy clinical efficacy for the treatment of type 2 diabetes in patients with age-related onset cataract , and to explore its mechanism of action , the accumulation of information to find treatment for type 2 diabetes, age-related cataract . Clinical 64 patients met the inclusion criteria , type 2 diabetes, age-related onset of cataract patients were randomly divided into two groups for clinical observation . Treatment group to remove impaired hole freezing treatment control group to give white stop eye drops therapy for the treatment . Treatment times are 5 weeks for a course of treatment , the comparison of the two groups of patients , clinical observations before and after treatment , and between the two groups . Results: The two groups before and after treatment were significantly improved clinical observations . The observation group than the control group , the existence of significant differences ( P <0.05 ) between the two groups . Conclusion: remove impaired hole freezing treatment of type 2 diabetes, age-related incidence of early cataracts significant effect meridians stagnation is the key link in the incidence of type 2 diabetes, age-related cataracts , frozen dispel the barrier hole can reach the Gloomy Daozhi eliminate meridian Yu lag effect , so that blood circulation , the lens able Rong raising , to eliminate turbidity improve vision , so as to achieve a better therapeutic effect .
