Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qinggan Lidan Deloction in treating chronic cholecystitis and cholecystitis with Wetness-heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder.Method:Through to the arrangement of the relevant literature of chronic cholecystitis, and traditional Chinese medicine treats the clin.Clinical Observation into treatment group (Qinggan Lidan soup) 30 cases,the control group(Xiaoyanlidan tablets) 30 cases,random observation of parallel control,the treatment group to the Qinggan Oral Lidan soup,served three times a day Sooner or later the second meal service,each 200 ml control group to Xiaoyanlidan oral tablet every six,three times daily and oral.Treatment-group and the control group were 28 days for a course of treatment.Results:The cure rate of 16.7%,effective rate is 53.3%,efficiency of 23.3%,6.7% for inefficiency,and the total efficiency of 93.3%,the cure rate in the control group was 6.7%,significantly efficiency of 30%,efficiency of 43.3%,23.3%for inefficiency,and the total efficiency of 76.7%.Through statistical analysis,we can see the obvious effect of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Qinggan Lidan soup can significantly improve chronic cholecystitis patients with hepatobiliary hot and humid symptoms,Tongue,pulse,B-performance,the best of clinical observation,no significant side effects and adverse reactions,with the value of in-depth development.
