Abstract


Jinsui Border Region is one of the main base of the Communist Party of China in the North China , has major strategic significance of each base in the north, central and southern China Ningxia Border Region roads , Yan'an with Moscow international lines of communication must pass through the zone more to defend the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region sturdy barrier to defend the central Committee of the Communist Party of China . After eight years of the Sino-Japanese War , Jinsui Border Region has suffered the ravages of war , devastation . After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan , with the growing size of the Chinese Civil War and the Communist Party of China from strategic defense to strategic offensive in the civil war , but is increasing the burden of the public grain , many military aspects of the Jinsui Border Region .
