Abstract


Festival culture is a cultural activity, cultural products, cultural services, and culture as the main representation; national psychology, ethics, the ethos, values ??and aesthetic taste for deep heritage; specific time, a specific region for the temporal and spatial layout; to a specific theme for the activities of a social and cultural phenomenon.
