Abstract


Lengshuijiang Jinfuyuan Alkali Co., Ltd used to be Lengshuijiang Alkali company of Hunan province is a private enterprise which purchased by Chengdu Jinfuyuan bloc. In recent years, the company has achieved a great success in production, management and technological innovation. Nevertheless, Lengshuijiang Jinfuyuan Alkali is facing new opportunities and challenges because alkali industry has developed dramatically with the development of national economy.Guided by theories of modern strategic management, achievements of theories, and the general method of the study of corporation strategy, the essay illustrates a systemic and holistic analyze for the company of author. We strived to find our own strengths and weaknesses. It was also found that there were many opportunities and threats to face in a competitive environment. On the basis of this, the development strategy for the next five years of Lengshuijiang Jinfuyuan Alkali Co., Ltd was put forward: With soda ash and ammonium chloride as the leading product, Introduction of cost-leadership strategy, the company will insist on technological innovation, change product structure constantly and improve the quality of production, develop an edge brand. We will make the main business bigger and stronger, extend the chain of coal chemical industry. And make some analysis and explores about how to outspread the functional strategies surround the overall strategy.The essay uses the writing method which combinations normation and real evidence, with the G-PEST model, Porter’s model, EFE matrix, IFE Matrix, SWOT model and the balanced scorecard management tool.
