Abstract

As the largest amount of molecular compound on the earth, water performs a very important role in the aspect of physiology, biochemistry and medicine in our life. So it is significant to study the structure of liquid water clusters. Many researchs have been taken on the structure of water clusters, as well as the effects of ions on the water structure. However, reseaches about the effects of magnetic field and freezing on the strucuture of pure water and electrolyte solutions is very seldom. In this paper, we mensured the viscosity, density, conductivity, ultraviolet spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy, and studied the cation and anion, the concentration of solution, temperature, magnetic field and freezing on the association of water molecules in pure water and electrolyte solutions. In addition, the influence of factors including concentration, pH, temperature and incubation time on the uptake of Cu by human blood cell. Especially, the effects of magnetic field and freezing on the uptake of Cu by human blood cell have been researched. The resuled show that the relationships and effects of cations and anions on the association of water molecules were: Al3+>Cr3+>Cu2+,SO42->Cl-. The concentration of solution, temperature and magnetic field would also affect the association of water molecules. With the concentration increasing, the association of water molecules strengthened. The temperature and magnetic field had the opposite effect on association. For example, when AlCl3 was added into water, the association would strengthen. And the association would weaken while solution was treated by magnetic field. Besides, magnetic memory effect of CuCl would also exist after 45 min while magnetic field being removed, and freezing memory effect of CuCl would exist after 8h while freezing being removed.During the process of Cu2+ being uptaking by the human erythrocytes, the best performace is that when the pH value was 7.4, and while the concentration outside of the cell increased, the amount of transmembrane would also increase, but saturation status existed during the process. Temperatue, magnetic field and freezing would prfemance active roles during the process, and the k value would increase while magnetic field or the freezing exerted on the solution. Anion channel was the major way when Cu2+ was taken into erythrocyte. With the help of anion exchange system in the membrane of erythrocyte, those groups could carry band 3 protein into the cell. This way was still work while magnetic field or freezing was added to the system.
