Abstract

It is introduced about forming theories, structure and character, studying means of microemulsion, and applying fields of microemulsion technology.First, It was studied about the optimum ratio of As and S, maximal dissolved water quantity and quasi-ternary phase diagram by electrical conductivity method for four kinds of inversed microemulsion systems. The experimental results indicated that two types of the chosen microemulsion systems, which were OP-10/isopentanol/kerosene/NaOH and TX-100/isopentanol/kerosene/NaOH, were of maximal dissolved water quantity and were used befittingly for microemulsion extraction.Second, the process conditions of extracting Mo(Ⅵ) from dilute solution were studied with above-mentioned two microemulsion systems, which was comprised of effecting microemulsions stability on NaCl quantity in external water phase, relationship on extraction time and extraction equilibrium, and effecting Mo(Ⅵ) extraction yield on HCl concentration in external water phase, NaOH concentration in inner water phase, and carrier concentration. The experimental results showed that microemulsions stability increased under the condition of some NaCl dosage, and the inflation and splinter of liquor membrane were avoided on extracting process, the equilibrium time of microemulsion extraction was remarkably shorter than that of traditional extraction, Mo(Ⅵ) extraction yield increased and then decreased with increasing of HCl, NaOH and carrier concentration. A good separation efficiency was achieved at the optimal conditions with the microemulsion systems. Finally, the process conditions of separating Mo(Ⅵ) from the solution containing P, As, Si and concomitant metal cation were studied with OP-10/ isopentanol/kerosene/NaOH microemulsion system. The experimental results indicated that a better separation efficiency of Mo(Ⅵ) and P, As, Si was obtained by controlling extraction time and pH. HCl concentration influenced rarely on extraction yields of metal cation. At the optimal condition of Mo(Ⅵ) extraction process, the extraction yields of metal cation were all undersized. It could be achieved on separation of Mo(Ⅵ) and concomitant metal cation.
