Abstract


Agriculture has historically been China's economic development, political stability of the foundation. In feudal society that, in the socialist modernization drive is the basis for national economic development . Party and state leaders are also ancient attaches great importance to this issue, in a different period of development, countries have adopted different policies and measures to promote and facilitate the development of agriculture. Today, the whole party , the whole community is a great opportunity for building a harmonious society , the harmonious development of agro- how , how to build a harmonious society in an environment to solve farmers, rural areas, agriculture is the \80% of our population in the rural areas , we want to build a harmonious society , we must first build a harmonious rural areas , and promote harmonious new rural development. In this paper, from a philosophical perspective on the necessity of building a harmonious society and the importance of the demonstration of a harmonious society theory is the spirit of Marxist philosophy in China once again deepening and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics is closely integrated with yet another embodiment. On this basis, then , from a Marxist perspective view of theory and harmony , pointed out the new rural construction the various problems and causes . Next, from system theory , productivity theories and other external causes dialectical perspective on how our country building a new socialist countryside, how to build a new socialist countryside discussed.
