Abstract


With the implementation of the strategy of our country through science and education , and education more and more attention by the parties . Colleges and universities as personnel training base management continue to reform and self-improvement , in order to adapt to the needs of the times , but also exposed some problems . Where the problem exists in the financial management of the typical significance , which includes not only the institutional defects , also including management ills , the consequences not only affect the normal teaching work carried out smoothly, also affect the improvement of the quality of teaching , for which The strengthening of the Financial Management is imperative . Talk about the status of university financial management , combined with the characteristics of the university financial management , mainly pointed to problems in the management of the college of income and expenditure , analyzed and summarized the causes of the problem lies : not standardized, financial and budgetary accounting system is imperfect , internal control is not perfect . Proposed the establishment of a sound university internal control system , establish a budget - based cost accounting analysis system of university financial solution .
