Abstract


Population aging is the world facing a major social problem. China has entered the aging society, the rapid growth of the elderly population . \A sense of security , the first problem to be solved is one of the older housing problem , retirement facilities is one of the important contents of the ultimate goal of this research is to explore the rural endowment of facilities planning and architectural design principles and methods , for the majority of the rural elderly to create a good environment for a comfortable old age . Facilities for the elderly in the growing demand for our current situation, carry out related theoretical research has universal significance . In this paper, collect, collate and abroad pension facilities planning and architectural design on the basis of relevant information , the use of vertical and horizontal contrast , inductive analysis and case analysis method to conduct research . First, the aging of our population from the historical background, the background conditions , policy background to start to clarify the necessity and urgency of research ; subsequently proposed the concept of village facilities for the elderly and classification process for the construction of facilities for the elderly , and the impact of the current problems construction of the main factors to be outlined and special facilities for the elderly in the village based on the analysis put forward planning and design principles ; Next, town planning and architectural design facilities for the elderly in a representative number of issues in-depth discussion, propose concrete solutions methods and design elements ; finally, put forward some policy recommendations , and facilities of the development trend of rural endowment made ??a prediction and prospects . Combined with design practice , research and analysis of program design practical problems encountered in the process and the corresponding solutions.
