Abstract


Internet will be dispersed around the world, the information links up to become absorbed, exchanged passes, the taste of information and sharing of civilization and progress of a large platform to increase young people absorb information and knowledge of the channels, shorten the interpersonal time and space, as the promotion of social the development of a strong driving force. However, the technology has never been a neutral force, it is often a double-edged sword, the network it will help young people broaden their horizons, to accept the avant-garde concept, concerned about the world cutting-edge issues, will spread some decadent, obscene or even reactionary spam serious negative impact on the healthy growth of young people, and consequent increasing number of juvenile delinquency. In recent years, the criminal cases of teenagers obsessed network triggered an upward trend, and become a new trend of juvenile delinquency. Characteristics and causes of this article through a survey of young people, as well as related cases lead to criminal obsessed network, trying to cause physical and psychological changes lead to criminal status of obsessed network through the young people, this new criminal phenomenon combining prevention of juvenile delinquency practice trigger criminal phenomenon prevention of juvenile obsession network countermeasures. This article discusses four aspects. The introductory part discusses the topics presented its research significance, Research, research ideas and research methods. The first part, through access to relevant documents and information and research, found that criminal obsessed network is a new trend of juvenile delinquency. The second part discusses the obsession with the network easily lead to juvenile delinquency, analysis of the obsession with the network youth groups characteristics, the teenagers obsessed network can easily cause their emotions out of control, the character flaws, the emptiness, making them weakened sense of social responsibility, moral values bias, which slid into the abyss of the criminal legal sanctions trusting to luck. The third part analyzes the hostile family environment, the deviation of school education, the weakening of the youth social education, peer partners pull cafes attractive objective factors leading to youth-obsessed network. The fourth part, obsessed network for young people because of the crimes of this phenomenon, we need to strengthen youth education and management to prevent obsessed network; want to build a healthy and green Internet, purify the Internet environment so that young people from the abyss of obsession with network Bashen ; Beat and Prevent combination, and build a juvenile delinquency for criminal obsessed network, take effective line of defense.
