Abstract


The studies were mainly ethnic identity and family interpersonal social psychology . Both the position and role in the study of cross-cultural communication Theme ( EMIC ) and class ( ETIC ) , has not yet received enough attention . This paper studies the ethnic identity and inter-ethnic exchanges , the impact of the three minority groups and Han communicative process , these three minority ethnic Uygur , Mongolian and Tibetan . Cross-cultural communication studies , very few Chinese minority samples to examine the communicative effects , to be a breakthrough in this regard , the use of Chinese minority ethnic groups as samples to study the process and the results of cross-cultural communication . This paper first introduces the research background , followed by several important social psychology and cross-cultural communication field theory and research , specific ethnic identity , family interpersonal anxiety and uncertainty management theory and interpersonal satisfaction . In the field of the famous theoretical and research-based contact the above , this paper proposes a number of assumptions and a research question . In this paper, a University for Nationalities conduct a survey to study the impact of ethnic identity and inter-ethnic exchanges degree of anxiety / uncertainty management and interpersonal satisfaction . Next, this article details the survey process and measurement tools , and analysis of the survey results , discuss the proposed two main research objectives : First, anxiety and uncertainty management in a wide range of Chinese communicative context applicability of ; Second, to explore the role of ethnic identity and inter-ethnic communication anxiety degree in intercultural communication . Finally, summarize your research , pointed out the limitations of the study , recommendations for future research and the study of reality revelation .
