Abstract


March 1999 , \Rule of law in China has opened a new chapter. 2007 China held the 17th CPC National Congress explicitly put forward the full implementation of law as a fundamental principle and speed up building a socialist country ruled by law , and to strengthen the building of socialist rule of law has made a comprehensive deployment. In this study, combing foreign law on the basis of theoretical research to the understanding of the rule of law researcher Xia Yong as the basic paradigm and add their own understanding , summed up the three elements of the rule of law , that the legal system , the legal authority of the legal order. These three elements are considered an important criterion for the construction of the rule of law . Comprehensively promote the rule of law in our context, the mass media as a social instrument , through its unique way to promote the rule of law, the three elements of continuous improvement. Therefore , in view of the rule of law at this stage of the proposed \Therefore, this study for the study of the three elements of the rule of law framework , based on the mass media and law two disciplines of knowledge , and implementing qualitative analysis and case studies combining research methods to investigate the mass media in the construction of contemporary Chinese law effect.
