Abstract


Servo system has achieved a very broad application in many domains. Its essential role lies in executing the instructions from upper control system, so as to realize the exact track to the position expected. When the given quantity changes at random the output of the servo system is required to be able to track it exactly with a minimum error.This paper focused on forestry machining mechanics especially the feeding system of woodwork digitized carving devices and proceeded designing. According to the features and special demands of the devices, the system used Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) as the driving motor, used TMS320LF2407A DSP made by TI as the controller so as to achieve the multi-closed loop system of current measuring, speed measuring and position measuring.In the field of modern AC servo system, PMSM has such characteristics as higher efficiency, lower moments of inertia and the ability of running with full speed that it is widely applied in the field of robots, position control and the machine toll control with high performance. The complete-digitized AC servo system based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) has become the center of research and the tendency of AC servo system development owing to its flexible control, high intelligence and convenience of distributing control. This paper has studied and analyzed the position servo system basing on DSP and used vector control so as to meet the demand of high performance in system controlling. PMSM can get excellent speed measuring performance through coordinate transfer and the vector control of stator flux orientation. We used PI controller to measure the current circle and the speed circle and used dual-mode fuzzy control strategy to position circle therefore established positional fuzzy controller. The fuzzy controller has certain abilities of anti-interference and self-adapting.This paper proceeded software designing and optimizing to the functions that DSP controller achieved, which made the system controlling more flexible and more alterable in parameter intercalating.The PMSM designed in this paper can meet special needs of large digitized art carving devices in the fields of woodwork, furniture, lithic materials, architectural materials and ornamental materials. It also has certain universalization and its manipulative parameter can be adjusted according to different demands so as to be applied to the digitalized servo alteration in other facilities of mechanical machining.
