Abstract


The mobile communications network monitoring form is provided by the communication device alarm information form , the major record mobile communications equipment experience failure event . Data mining aims implied from the large, incomplete , the noise data , automatic extraction in which the patterns and knowledge . Papers to the mobile communications network monitoring form as a data source for network monitoring form unique to the current situation of the coexistence of structured data and unstructured data , study how to use data mining techniques to automatically identify hidden data unknown , potential problems , reveal trends and associated communications equipment failure , to efficient the unusual event data analysis , control , and reduce the daily incidence of failure of communications network equipment to improve the operating performance of communication networks . Papers discuss research data mining technology ( association rule mining , clustering , etc. ) and communication network running form the basis of the following: a form of data communication networks run experimental analysis , data cleansing necessary processing data , data integration , data reduction techniques ; hash table and data partitioning techniques to improve the Apriori algorithm , adaptive improved its multidimensional association rules mining , this algorithm is data communication network alarm part of a structured association analysis , association rule mining hidden ; concerned about the word collection techniques to characterize network monitoring form characteristics , automatic clustering using fuzzy clustering method of communication network alarm data unstructured part . The papers were given the experimental results of the different data mining methods and techniques for the analysis of the communications network alarms form . Experiments show that : the implied effective network alarm correlation rules can be tapped from the form of communication network alarms ; alert data clustering help analysts focus the analysis of the substance between the relevant alarm data on the selected data source The cosine distance better than the Euclidean distance clustering effect .
