Abstract


Embarking from the personnel training in vocational and technical colleges, the meaning of construction both on the center of experiment, training and practice and information platform is elaborated. From the research background about experiment ,training and practice center and the present situation in domestic and aboard ,the information platform is brought forward and the emphases of the topic is the design of the system of lab-opening.This article embarks from the system construction and the principle of system, the B/S mode is chosen in according with actual requirement. The software development environment is proposed, it is divided into three parts: the client hierarchy, the application logic hierarchy and the database hierarchy. Then we design the hardware of the information platform successfully, the heart of the design—the system of lab-opening—is carried out too.In the middle of the designing system, the opening-experiment ideology is proposed. From the need of the opening-experiment system, the Management Control System, the Teaching-monitoring system and Teaching Safeguard System have to be considered first. So the hardware is based on the three system above, while in the design of software ,the Teaching on-line and Lab Managing system are designed to attain the goal.In the function designing of system of lab-opening, the database center, releasing center and administrating center are designed according to the need of practice. The block diagram is given and some explanation is describing.The rules of the system of lab-opening are depicted form loading of the center, to the setting of the system, the basic information of students ,and information on teacher managing, some aspects of teaching manager and so on.Finally a brief summary is done after the design, the short-coming is pointed out, the assuming of the improving on the system is proposed.
