Abstract


This thesis is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation project (NO.50675201) "small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises workshop distance lean manipulation on the cockpit system". Starting with the analysis on the problems which existed in the production process in the current assembly manufacturing enterprises, a brief summarization of the development and application of visualization was given. Then RFID technology and its application were introduced, on the basis of these, this paper focused on researching the AVMS basic framework, the AVMS logistics, quality and condition information collection transmission technology, also the AVMS logistics, quality and condition information visual processing technology. Finally, the AVMS prototype system was developed.In ChapterⅠ, the significance of real-time information processing and visualization to the manufacturing production management was expounded. The definition and application status of visualization was reviewed, and then RFID technology and its application status were introduced. According to these research works, starting with the analysis of the problems existing in the production process in the current assembly manufacturing enterprises, the opinion of using RFID technology as the real-time information collection method was raised, and then the content and structure of the paper was figured out.In ChapterⅡ, firstly, AVMS was defined and the research direction of AVMS was confirmed. Secondly, the assembly process was analyzed on the thought of working procedure information node, and the information demand framework of the AVMS was analyzed. Finally, a brief introduction of the key technologies and methods was given.In ChapterⅢ, the RFID tag information model was researched, and then the AVMS information collection transmission technology based on the RFID technology was studied. Finally, the corresponding information visual processing methods and means were raised.In ChapterⅣ, firstly, based on the introduction of the prototype system hardware environment, the selection and connection net of the AVMS hardware was studied. Secondly, The database of AVMS was designed, and the functions structure of AVMS software systems was researched, finally, the AVMS system software modules were established.In ChapterⅤ, the research in the thesis and the future research work were summarized.
