Routing technology is a key technology for wireless mobile ad hoc networks . Wireless self-organizing networks with dynamic topology , limited bandwidth , the terminal is limited , there is a one-way channel characteristics , routing protocols running on has proposed a number of strict requirements . These requirements are: rapid convergence , loop-free , to avoid infinite computation , control, management overhead , able to cope with a one-way channel . This thesis is based on the project \Learn ZRP ( Zone Routing Protocol ) sub- domain of ideas, improvements have been achieved in the project link layer four - hop routing protocol , ideological leapfrog routing . Different from the traditional method -by- hop routing , the leapfrog routing protocol selection next hop node is a logical neighbors . Certain topology within the node as \To work cross-layer protocol network layer routing the plus link layer repeater mechanism , part of the routing tasks delegated to the the earliest perception true channel link layer , the benefits of more timely discovery and maintenance of the neighbors , but also the local routing flexibility is greatly enhanced. This paper first discusses the leapfrog routing protocol design thinking , design protocol control packet format and interactive processes , then programming the entire agreement on the Linux operating system complete agreement protocol debugging , testing, validation , and finally in the loop simulation system platform feasibility and correctness . Leapfrog ideas and implementation of routing protocols for the other planar network routing protocol design to provide a good reference .
