Abstract


Monolithic switching power supply IC with a high degree of integration , cost-effective and simple external circuit , which could form a high -efficiency power supply , etc., which have been widely used . Foreign monolithic switching power supply chip made ??of multi-use BCD process , although the performance is excellent , but expensive. This paper presents a off-line switching power supply chip , integrated voltage 700V power tube , a simple on / off mode , the operating frequency of 132kHz, the maximum output power of about 15W, integrated protection circuit. Professor Chen Xingbi using patented , does not use dielectric isolation or PN junction isolation (BCD process ) method but with ordinary CMOS process and low voltage power devices integrated on a silicon CMOS circuitry on the ways in which the cost of greatly reduced power integrated circuits . Paper introduces the basic principles of switching power supply , as well as PWM, PFM and other modulation mode. Then, the details of the flyback converter , and highlights a simple on / off modulation mode flyback converter application . Furthermore , given the functional block diagram of the whole circuit . Finally, the analysis and presentation of the chip in the part of sub-circuit , comprising: power supply noise isolation circuit , a reference voltage source state before starting lockout circuit with frequency jitter oscillator and current limiting circuit . Analysis of these sub-circuit module works and derive relevant formulas , and gives the simulation results .
