Abstract

Over the past few decades , the theory and practice of digital signal processing technology have made rapid development. Because it has a high reliability , flexibility, cost , and thus gradually in various fields, instead of the traditional analog signal processing . Analog signal processing and analog integrated circuit design not only not disappeared from the stage of history , the opposite is more prominent in some places its irreplaceable role . The real world is analog , to take full advantage of the state-of-the-art digital signal processing technology analog-to-digital conversion must be carried out , especially in the field of measurement . Analog - to - digital converter implemented in a variety of methods is different , depending on the application selection . In video and wireless communication fields determines the requirements for high-speed assembly line way is the best option in the audio processing of sound quality requirements determined in this Σ-Δ low-speed, high-precision conversion is a good choice , and for reality a lot of the world in low-speed measurements, taking into account the problems of cost and power consumption , the conversion of the double integral is the better choice . For low - speed measurement applications in the real world , this paper analyzes and design of the analog-to-digital converter circuit based on the principle of double integral . The article first describes the development trend of the analog-to-digital converter and analog-to-digital converter and a double integral principle basics ; then discussed in detail in the brief description of the double integral analog - to - digital converter system works on the basis of the system is an important sub-module indicators and the relationship between the performance of the system , from the system point of view to optimize the design of the entire circuit ; then article detailed analysis of each sub- module circuit design and simulation ; this design has successfully taped , articles based on actual chip application , testing and test results were analyzed and explained in the application of the important considerations ; finally come to a conclusion . This paper is a valuable attempt to combine design theory and practice , has a certain reference significance for research applications in the fields of test and measurement of high precision in the low-speed analog-to-digital converter .
