Abstract


With the gradual development of the domestic electric power system, the NX Power Supply Company will not meet the requirements for HR team and HR management system with the traditional HR management methods. Therefore, it can be strongly and applicably meaningful for the NX Power Supply Company to conduct HR development planning study and design.
