Abstract


The 21st century is the time of informatization, the communication industry becomes one of fastest on developing and energic. And now the Mobile communication is represented as the most one with its highest speed beyond forecast and become the brightest star in this industry. So the 21st century also is called The“Century of Mobile Communication”. As the market full of competition, it need us not only fulfill the customer requirement of function and quality, but also need has the ability to adapt more and more individual customer requirement. So how to get the continuous advantage on competition becomes the focused issue of most Mobile Communication Producing company. As the critical part in the supply chain of Mobile Communication equipment production, the Distribution Center’s function is more and more important, especially for Outsource and Postponement strategy be more and more used on production. Base on this point, my paper has done some analysis and research on how to use Lean production management in supply chain operation to increase the enterprise core competence combining the theory-analysis and case-demonstration. The first part summarizes the concept of Lean and Supply Chain, explained the constriction of Lean production theory, the characteristics and the key points of Supply Chain management and Information Management System in operation. The second part studies on the station and function of Distribution Center in Mobile Communication produce. Introduced the reason and target of using to increase the enterprise core competence.Finally, it further introduced the Lean model based on Integated Supply Chain in the MOTOROLA （Tianjin） Co,the detailed tools and methods of using. All experiences could be reapplied in local company trying to use an advanced management system or an advanced production model.
