Abstract


With the rapid growth of the economy , the improvement of living standards , people are stainless steel with good performance needs will continue to increase. A long time , due to the stainless steel industry invested huge funds , the impact of a longer period , the domestic stainless steel enterprise 's existing production capacity can not meet the growing demand , our need to import large quantities of stainless steel products each year . However, with the gradual release of the potential production capacity in China , will lead to intensified competition in the market of China 's stainless steel industry . How to gain a competitive position in the stainless steel market will commence shortly will be facing a problem common to all stainless steel companies (including potential entrants ) . Tangshan Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. as the research object , PEST, SWOT, TOWS, EFE, IFE, QSPM analysis methods on the basis of review of strategic theory , enterprises are facing the macroeconomic environment , in view of the industrial environment and micro environment pointed out the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise . Through the analysis of the company 's internal resources and capabilities , to come to the development of the company 's strengths and weaknesses . To analyze the basis of the company 's development strategy, as well as implementation and control strategies .
