Abstract


Since the beginning of this century , the domestic sustained rapid economic growth , strong driving steel demand growing steel market is increasingly bullish , steel industry investment boom in the country . In the face of an increasingly competitive market , the domestic iron and steel enterprises have a new production line of large-scale technological transformation . The success of the project construction enterprises to expand their market share of superior products , improve market competitiveness , sustainable development of the basic guarantee . T Steel Company is one of the two stainless steel production base in China's first stainless steel production enterprises and countries to determine . T steel company three years for the construction of \Supporting the project as an important one , 450m2 sintering machine project construction must be advanced project management concepts and scientific quality management tools for project management , and to lay a solid foundation for the ultimate realization of the company 's transformation goals and strategic objectives . This article through research , development status of the iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad , stainless steel market , metallurgical enterprises technological innovation characteristics and 450m2 sintering machine engineering analysis , analysis of sintering project department in the implementation of the transformation process , the quality of management difficulties . Sintering project department to take in the transformation process , a series of quality control measures through the use of modern project quality management theory , proposed to further improve the quality control measures , so that T steel company offsite construction of 10 million tons of iron and steel projects the reference. In this paper, the implementation of the reconstruction project of large domestic steel companies have positive significance .
