Abstract


Three decades of reform and opening up , China's economic development has made the achievements of world attention , the rapid increase in the standard of living , constantly optimize the economic structure , the escalation of traditional industries , the comprehensive strength is growing , the international status flourishing . At the same time , more and more Chinese enterprises to grow , grow up , and began to go out of the country , to the world-class enterprise goal . After entering the new century , the accession to the WTO and participate in the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate , in which the environment has undergone a change in the nature of our enterprise . In the domestic and international market , Chinese enterprises have gained an unprecedented opportunity for development , and at the same time , Chinese enterprises will face more intense competition in the market . How to formulate the development strategy that matches with the new situation , the new environment , and grasp the opportunity to catch up , and has become an important issue facing our enterprise . For being groping bigger , stronger , take the road to the internationalization of Chinese enterprises for the same from developing countries , as South Korea's Samsung Electronics , the industry latecomers , obviously is a closer and has more in common with reality example . Firstly a brief review of the theory of enterprise development strategies , and then start from different stages of development of Samsung Electronics , the use of strategic management theory and method , empirical analysis and evaluation of the external environment , the competitive position of Samsung Electronics , and development strategies and compared with the development of China 's electronic information enterprises , explore Samsung Electronics development strategy of Chinese enterprises , especially electronic information enterprises reference .
