Abstract


With the development of economic, various industries depend more and more on power energy, this puts forward higher request to the sate and stable operation of the substations. The fault of electric power system may result in huge economic losses. The inspection of transmission and transformation equipment is a way to ensure the reliable operation of the power equipment, and the right inspection arriving is the foundation of the inspection quality.This paper does the research of realizing the standardization, transparency of inspection quality, formulates papery, standardized inspection working instructions according to each rules and regulations. It realizes the inspection data electronic, information and standardization, gets rid of the fussy work of handwritten transcribing in the original inspection through radio frequency identification, handheld PDA collection and some other modern technologies and effectively improves the arrival rate of the operational workers.The paper uses the Oracle database to store terminal data; it can be rapidly complete the query of equipment status and abnormal analysis. It makes a step forward to the target of the digital management in substations and provide reliable guarantee of the stable operation in the system.
