Abstract


Because the incomparable advantages, such as high power density, highefficiency, high performance, easy_maintance and so on, permanent magnetic synchronous motor(PMSM) has been paid much attention by motor drive system research_and_development personnel. PMSM and its control system, has also been used widely in servo system, numerical control machine, robot, aerospace, marine and industical and agriculture production industry. This article makes PMSM senorless vector control system based on extented kalman filter(EKF) as reseach object. Paper mainly studies the theory and technology about PMSM sensorless vector control system based on EKF, lay the theoretic and experiments foundation for application of PMSM senorless vector control system.First of all, base on analyzing PMSM numerical model, combination theory of vector control with technology of voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM), paper constructs PMSM vector control system based on rotor flux orientation and realizes simulation of PMSM vector control system based on Matlab/Simlink circumstance. The result of simulation expression that PMSM vector control system has well performance of steady state and transient dynamic state.Then PMSM drive system has widely application, load types are various under various situation and motor parameters are various while tempture and currents vary in PMSM operation. In order to make PMSM senorless vector control system based on EKF being used credibly under various load types and various motor parameters, this paper investigates robustness that performance of PMSM vector control system based on EKF under various load type and motor parameters, result confirms the robustness of model that PMSM sensorless control with EKF of speed and rotor position tracking, under various load type and motor parameters. selecting value of co variance matrics affect the performance directly for in EKF algorithm. This paper make summary of influence that EKF algorithm performance under covariance matrics, by analyzing accuracy of rotor position and speed tracking under various covariance matrics, paper provide a rule of selecting value of covariance matrics. The simulation results show that this method is efficient.Finally, At last debugging and experiment are fulfilled based on simulation under Hardware in loop, dSPACE, for testing that sensorless control system by using EKF algorithm, monitoring stator voltages and current, is validity. The experiment testifies that the Sensorless Control of PMSM with EKF of Speed and Rotor Position and the dSPACE real-time simulation system is convenient and effective to make a control algorithm into practice.
