Abstract

Atmospheric pollution in China mainly coal smoke pollution, the main pollutants are sulfur dioxide, PM10, and nitrogen oxides. According to recent statistics, sulfur dioxide and PM10 emissions rise, the increase of the total energy consumption and total emissions of major air pollutants ranks first in the world. With the accelerated process of urbanization, air pollution problems have become increasingly prominent, has become the most important issue affecting the urban environment, along with the expansion of the trend of globalization, the diffusion of atmospheric pollutants from a single locality problem into a global problem, and therefore caused by a series of atmospheric pollution losses also become a research hotspot in recent years. At home and abroad in recent years, only for atmospheric diffusion and pollution losses independent research, this paper the organic combination of the two parts, loss evaluation study of atmospheric diffusion model of pollution. This article first analyzed existing research results at home and abroad, according to the 2006 typical cities of Liaoning Province (Dalian) characteristics of air pollution and atmospheric pollution sources status quo, build a numerical model of the unsteady three-dimensional turbulent diffusion of the pollutants PM10 space distribution and influencing factors system to establish a quantitative relationship between pollution sources PM10 emissions and ambient air quality, that under certain initial and boundary conditions, the simulation analysis and quantitative estimation of the dispersal of air pollutants, come to the area The average concentration of the PM10. Followed by the application of exposure - response relationship model, analysis of the relative risk exposure levels accordingly obtained under different exposure levels typical super deaths of the urban population and the number of patients using the modified human capital approach and cost of illness method to estimate the study area 2006, the economic losses caused by air pollution on human health. Economic theory using the market price method, equipment depreciation method calculated the economic losses caused by the representation of urban air pollution on crops, building materials and household cleaning. Pollution losses comparative analysis of the local GDP, investment in environmental protection, to draw contamination loss percentage of GDP as well as environmental protection investment proportion of total pollution losses, to analyze the environmental governance investment and pollution losses do not match, it is recommended that the government has increased investment. Organic integration of the various parts of the article, to achieve the quantitative conversion of the pollutant emissions and concentrations, then application concentration, exposure-response relationship, the use of economic evaluation research methods to draw the economic losses caused by the study area pollutants. Initial establishment of a pollution loss accounting system, so as to provide theoretical support of environmental decision-making.
