Abstract

Bentonite (Bentonite) is a layered silicate clay mineral montmorillonite (Montmorillonite) as a main component. Ion-exchange using bentonite, the bentonite can be used with simple metal ions, ion exchange of cations in the interlayer of an organic quaternary amine salt reached modified purposes. Modified interlaminar domain, adsorption properties of the physical and chemical properties has been significantly improved, and received extensive attention in the field of environmental governance. Thesis focuses on the development and application research of Ezhou bentonite is relatively weak status quo, a detailed study of Ezhou a basic physical and chemical properties of bentonite and type, and the best of Na modification of the bentonite and organic intercalation process research focus for its performance and conditions, and the preparation of modified bentonite used in Ezhou bentonite containing the of Cu 2 and dining oily wastewater, a detailed study of the aquatic heavy metal ions and organic oils adsorption properties. Not high purity of of Ezhou natural bentonite, montmorillonite content of 73.8%, montmorillonite content of more than 90% the bentonite modified and deep processing, purification of bentonite is particularly important. Papers purified using settling purification process, by the determination of the amount of smoke blue, purified smectite content increased to 93.4%. By single factor experiment to determine the optimal conditions for bentonite sodium modified: sodium carbonate modification agent, the amount of 5% pulp density of 15%, stirring time 15min. Physical and chemical properties of bentonite sodium modification significantly improved of glial price and expanding volume by ore 100mL/15g respectively, 11.0 mL / g to 500mL/15g 72.0mL / g, and X-ray diffraction pattern analysis showed that d < sub> 001 value from 1.53nm becomes 1.24nm, the interlayer Ca 2 Na exchange becomes Na-Ca-bentonite bentonite. Organically modified bentonite study, octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (1831) focuses on the modified bentonite the impact factors, and prepared a series of organic bentonite. Evaluating results was prepared as an organic bentonite, and combined with the number of diffraction peaks, the peak intensity based on the domain size of the inter-layer (i.e. d 001 value), the sharpness of the peak and the peak symmetry to be comprehensive evaluation . The to determine of organic bentonite better preparation process: 5% pulp density, organic intercalation before washing three times, covering a dosage of 40%, the reaction temperature is 65 ° C, the reaction time 7h. After modified d 001 values ??of up to 4.167nm. Thesis, the purified calcium bentonite, sodium bentonite as an adsorbent and organic bentonite three powders containing the of Cu 2 the wastewater and analog dining oily wastewater system adsorption studies, by adsorption kinetic curves and temperature adsorption line to compare the adsorption properties of heavy metal ions and oily wastewater. The results show that: sodium bentonite Cu 2 adsorption effect best, the best adsorption of organic bentonite (1831 - bentonite) of oil. Papers by bentonite modified model more intuitive description of the modification mechanism, clearly demonstrate the process of internal change. Infrared scanning technology, combined with the organic bentonite oil adsorption process unfolded, to illustrate the changes in its internal structure by IR spectra the organic bentonite adsorption of oil, including physical and chemical adsorption, chemisorption mainly .
