Abstract

Mainland Table of the past century , the average temperature rose by about 0.6 ° C due to the global consumption of fossil fuels , the main greenhouse gas carbon dioxide in the 150 years after the start of industrialization , the concentration has increased from 280ppm to 379ppm . From the impact of the entry into force of the Kyoto Protocol on China paper discusses the challenges and opportunities of the Kyoto Protocol to the Chinese domestic economy , enterprise development , trade barriers . Then through a comparative analysis of the developed countries and China in terms of carbon dioxide emission reduction measures implemented , noting that China can learn from Western experience . The article goes on analysis of China's economic growth and energy consumption situation and relationship , and put forward the basic countermeasures of China 's emission reduction . Data were given high , medium and low three scenarios based on the NICE model , article , several energy generation potential for the future , and the extent feasible to replace the traditional coal-fired electricity industry . Cement production and steel manufacturing , for example , pointed out that the two industry can adopt new technologies, new processes , in order to achieve the purpose of reducing emissions of carbon dioxide . Finally , the article mainly discusses expand on this solar green energy , solar power generation status quo constraints Solar widely factors , and provides corresponding recommendations .
