Abstract


Build an ecological civilization is one of the important goals of the congress put forward, is also facing the inevitable choice in China's social and economic development process. Since the reform and opening up three decades, as China's economic take-off, discord and economic development factors also will be apparent, the environment has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of China's social and economic problems. From the current situation of social and economic development of the country, at the expense of the natural environment at the expense of economic development mode has been no fundamental change, environmental issues have not been fundamentally resolved. To achieve the goal of the construction of ecological civilization, out of the one with Chinese characteristics \Sweden \Lead part of this article from the macro, Sweden \Outlines the definition of green development path, and pointed out that the construction of ecological civilization in China should learn from the Swedish experience. The theoretical part from the environmental protection system, institutional policy, energy policy, green taxes, forestry policy has introduced the practice in part from the development of new energy, recycling economy, resource conservation, ecological agriculture, green production and consumption, environmental education and green schools development, government guidance described. Second chapter from the the Marx ideology of ecological civilization, industrial civilization drawbacks of the basic connotation of ecological civilization, the path of green development is the only way China's ecological civilization aspects discussed path of green development is the inevitable requirement of ecological civilization construction . Chapter six enlightenment significance of the the Swedish green path of development of ecological civilization. The chapter argues that China should learn from the Swedish experience to establish environmental legislation system in line with China's national conditions, to achieve a \green development path. \Conclusion ecological civilization will encounter many difficulties, we have to make the greatest efforts to meet the challenge. Learn from the advanced experience of the path of green development and lay a solid foundation for the construction of ecological civilization, building a well-off society.
