Abstract


Conform continuous extrusion technology invented in Springfield laboratory scientists , the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority in 1971 , due to technical reasons , primarily used for the continuous extrusion of aluminum . The late 1990s , copper continuous extrusion technology to achieve a breakthrough , Dalian Railway Institute continuous extrusion center has been tracking this advanced technology , the first in the country in 2004 and successfully developed the TLJ400 continuous extrusion machine . With TLJ400 continuous extrusion machine technology continues to improve , which requires us to enhance the pursuit of their degree of automation , continuous extrusion in particular, the acquisition of these important parameters of the machine working when the temperature of the cavity and stress , as well as the spindle speed . In data acquisition and storage , the use of monitoring software Kingview software , the software is very obvious shortcomings , is the capture of slow , low executable . The combination of computer technology and the technology of measuring instruments , the new test instruments - virtual instruments . Virtual instrument software strategy is the development direction of the third-generation automatic test system . The virtual instrument technology to achieve the shared hardware and software resources , the formation of a variety of automatic test system , and can easily take advantage of the powerful computer , signal analysis , data processing , storage, and graphical display . The article uses the programming language LabVIEW virtual instrument design a new type of continuous extrusion machine multi- point data acquisition system , the system can be integrated into the multi-tasking for testing on a computer . The virtual instrument technology , you can easily achieve data acquisition , analysis , processing , management and report generation functions . In the same time , the digitized measurement and signal processing to improve the stability of the system , the interference signal is suppressed . Technical issues paper combines the performance characteristics of the virtual instrument and its application in modern test ; developed detection systems hardware ; research in all major aspects of virtual instrument test system software implementation , data collection , data processing, data analysis, database access , etc. , reached a concrete realization of the method . Analyzed from the perspective of the overall virtual instrument test system set up and given a specific design and implementation of the enterprises set up certain guiding significance test system based on virtual instrument .
