Abstract


With the technology developing, people have deepend recognition to toxic action and side effect of chemicals. The concepts about“Returning Nature”,“Green Medicine”and so on are put forward, which cause people more prefer to use the natural plant medicine. So, it will be an unprecedented opportunity for the Chinese medicine to display its speciality. However, traditional Chinese medicine is very difficult to satisfy the demand of international market. Because the quality of its products is unstable and the dosage-form is relatively single. There are many reasons for that. All of these set the urgent request to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. The modernization of traditional Chinese medicine has explicitly proposed as the 21st century national development strategy. Its targets are to produce "safe, highly effective, stable, controllable" modern Chinese medicine and to form the competitive industry in the international market.The research project of BoXinTong soft capsule was based on the above idea. The principal ingredient of BoXinTong crude drug in capsule is the effective extract of traditional Chinese medicine--Fistular Onion Stalk. (Liposolubility ingredient is major.) Currently,SFE is the most valid method on extraction of liposolubility ingredient. In recent years, people have gradually thought highly of SFE in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the craft’s research of SFE about liposolubility ingredients in Fistular Onion Stalk is the emphasis in this article. The best productive condition had been acquired by direct cross experiment and single factor experiment, and had been anthenticated by amplified test. At last, the sutiable extraction technology of industrialization had been confirmed. It shows as follows—pressure:30Ma; temperature:50℃; fluid flow rate:250～300L/h; time of static state diffusion:30min; time of dynamic state extraction:2h. Some corresponding work to quality research of BoXinTong crude drug had been done. The research on chemical composition of crude drug was carried out by modern analysis technology. The ingredients in extract mainly include the compounds of organic sulfur, steroid and the fatty acid. With regard to the content determination on effective ingredients of BoXinTong crude drug, the elemental analysis to determine content in the compounds of organic sulfur has been selected in research through correlated experiments. We also set up method in determining content of steroid: sulphuric acid-methanol deliquation method. We have made methodology consideration on this method and determined content of steroid byβ-sitosterin.Drug action of BoXinTong crude drug was inspected through the relative pharmacology experiment. The result preliminarily showed that the extract of SFE has evident curative effect to heart muscle ischemia of rat.The purpose of research aims at developing modernized new pure-natural Chinese drugs preparation that has high technology content, controllable quality, stable curative effect, safe and low poisonous by modern science and technology method and research. The correlated research is still carried on. The quality research and drug efficacy study will be gradually improved by thorough study. The corresponding quality standard of crude drug will be also formulated at last. This will establish the sufficient experimental reference for the success to report to a higher authority and the wide clinical application of BoXinTong soft capsule.
