Along with the development of 21 centuries’ information technical and digitalization of electronic products,put forward new request to soft magnetic ferrite materials and devices,such as miniaturization、wide band、high performance and low-loss of the device.Soft magnetic ferrite materials will develop with miniaturization and wide band.This thesis is selected and researched,in combination with this tendency and needs.High frequency and Q-factor NiZn ferrite materials in this dissertation have been prepared by Q-factor solid-phase reaction.Through optimizing of the main formulation, confirm that when the content of Fe2O3 is 50mol%,the material has better Q-factor, frequency range of Q-factor can be adjusted by the content of ZnO.The optimally craftwork is gained based on the research of pre-sinter experiments,ball-milling time, sintering temperature,the speed of heating-up and cooling.then we research the effect of a small amount addition of many different oxides on the magnetic parameters of high permeability Ni-Zn ferrite were investigated.We discover that a higher Q-factor can be acquired by a small amount addition of MnO2、V2O5、SiO2 and mixture of high valence ion,when adding a little amount of MnO2,the Q-factor of the material enhance observably,these additives make the Q-factor of material moves to high frequency, improve material’s function when used in high frequency.The device that created with high frequency and Q-factor NiZn ferrite materials extensive applied at each realm.In this thesis,based on the filter design theories and the transmission line transformer theory,use the high frequency and Q-factor NiZn ferrite material for the basic component,design and research mains filter and power combiner/divider,and test characteristic curve of them,in order to represent the application and characteristics of material,and validate the material’s performance.
