Abstract


Alcohol-based fuel as a new type of alternative energy sources to gas, petrol, diesel and other conventional fuels has not only completely replaceable, and the preparation technology is mature, the products of combustion do no harm to the environment, it is an ideal alternative fuel, and has broad application prospects. But alcohol-based fuel is not widely used, one of the most important reason is that the current alcohol-based fuels combustion control technology is not mature enough, so the alcohol-based fuel boiler combustion control system was studied in this paper, a set of workable solutions to alcohol-based fuel combustion optimal control method were presented based on the analysis of the characteristics of boiler using alcohol-based fuel, the innovations of this paper are as follows:(1) A new optimization algorithm - chaos quantum genetic algorithm was introduced, which combined the strongpoint of genetic algorithm, quantum computing and chaos theory, improved the parallel search capabilities of the algorithm. Test results by typical function show that the algorithm has high search efficiency.(2)The fuel consumption optimization model of alcohol-based fuel boiler was built using the theory of functional analysis, and optimizing the parameters by the chaos quantum genetic algorithm to find the optimal temperature curve of the boiler water temperature for fuel control.(3) A validity test for alcohol-based fuel flow measurement data was introduced which combined fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with chaos quantum optimization neural network algorithm with the ability of getting weight automatically, recognized the errors from jumping signal and the longtime errors, and eliminate the errors of small rate by using of membership function selection and adaptive adjustment of comprehensive evaluation weight, which can solve availably the low precision problems that caused by outliers from multi-sensor information fusion data in complicated environment.(4) The model of alcohol-based fuel boiler combustion control system was built by using of fuzzy neural network control technology. Establish the rules of fuzzy control according to the characteristics of the combustion control system, and learn the weight, threshold using neural network with known fuzzy control rules as off-line training, and then build an online fuzzy neural network model for the boiler water temperature control, let the optimal temperature curve as the settings of the model. The simulation results show that the fuzzy neural network control strategy is effective.
