Abstract

With the increasingly scarce oil supplies and growing environmental pollution, energy conservation and new energy vehicles increasingly become the focus of the industry. Relative to pure electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles, hybrid vehicles, although it can not achieve zero consumption of fossil fuels and zero emissions, but more promising to take the lead in achieving industrialization and commercialization. In contrast, the cost of hybrid vehicles is far less than the fuel cell vehicles, while not subject to limited battery capacity driving can significantly reduce fuel consumption and pollutant emissions, and also do not need to add new supporting infrastructure. Current hybrid vehicle technology matured, industrialization has drawn near. However, hybrid electric vehicles, how relative to the traditional internal combustion engine vehicle performance, fuel economy much improved exhaust emissions is what level is still a very vague question. The current heavy-duty vehicle emissions evaluation is to take some driving conditions, engine bench test to evaluate the emission levels, but to evaluate the level of emissions of hybrid vehicles based on the engine is very inappropriate. Heavy hybrid vehicle is in the conventional engine on the basis of, adding to the configuration of a power assist device, this device is designed according to the actual driving conditions of the vehicle, take appropriate control strategy, vehicles to achieve the purpose of energy efficiency and reduce emissions. So that the distribution of the actual operating conditions of the engine and laboratory vary greatly, solely on the basis of engine emissions and energy consumption level evaluation of hybrid vehicles emission levels have significant limitations. This study used a vehicle emissions testing technology based on the vehicle under the conditions of the real driving conditions, the test for heavy hybrid vehicles pollutant emissions. To test the level of pollutant emissions of hybrid electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles on the market assessment of the effectiveness of energy conservation and environmental protection, and comparative analysis of the emissions characteristics of different dynamic type of hybrid vehicles. Series and parallel hybrid vehicle emission factors for the different contrast, simultaneous contrast the differences of both vehicle emissions of four typical operating conditions. Analysis of the differences of the parallel hybrid vehicles and conventional vehicles transient emissions, and showed differences of both series and parallel power saving effect of the type of vehicles, in-depth analysis. Mixed degrees of parallel hybrid vehicles transient (DOH), comparing the degree of mixing of emissions. Simultaneous analysis of the joint distribution of the the transient emission rates of various pollutants under the DOH and SOC, to DOH and SOC impact on vehicle emissions. Depth study based on the hybrid vehicle's engine load distribution, distribution of the transient concentration of various pollutants under different working conditions of the engine, and then analyzes the characteristics of vehicle emissions under different engine load distribution.
