Abstract

Serum free fatty acids in the oral glucose tolerance test in patients with type 2 diabetes, the dynamic changes and relationship macroangiopathy Objective To study the combined macrovascular disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients , non macrovascular complications of diabetes patients and normal controls oral glucose tolerance test ( OGTT) dynamic changes in serum free fatty acid (FFA) , so as to understand the differences and FFA macrovascular disease groups FFA metabolism after glucose loading relationship . Methods 51 patients with T2DM macroangiopathy group [ the DM MV ( ) ] in 28 cases , non- large vessel disease group [ the DM MV ( - ) ] 23 cases ; normal control group (NC) 21 cases. Oral glucose tolerance test and insulin release test , serum FFA values ??of of 0,60,120,180 min each time point measured OGTT test , three groups were compared at each time point FFA change , correlation analysis and impact factors of the FFA . Results FFA levels : the macroangiopathy group than the normal control group Point FFA levels significantly increased ( 0 min , 60min , P lt ; 0.01 ; 120,180 min , P lt; 0.05 ) ; the macroangiopathy group than the normal control group liters The high reached statistical significance except 180min end , fasting , 60,120 min , P lt ; 0.05 ; big vascular disease than non- large blood lesions point FFA levels , but only fasting levels P lt ; 0.05 . 60minFFA decline : normal control group than in the non- the macroangiopathy group was significantly decreased ( P lt; 0.05 ) . The OGTT 60min FFA decline ratio of (△ FFA60/FFA0) and the OGTT 60minINS increase ratio (△ INS60/FINS) , a positive correlation r = 0.327 , P lt; 0.05 . Fasting triglycerides and FFA 0 min , 60min, 120min level was significantly related (r = 0.378,0.492,0.516 P lt ; 0.05) ; fasting glucose and FFA 0,60,120 min values ??(r = 0.338,0.490 0.370, both P lt; 0.05) ; the WHR FFA 0,60,120,180 min values ??correlated (r were 0.542,0.565,0.500,0.394,180 min , P lt; 0.05 , more than the points P lt ; 0.01) . T2DM group as a whole , with or without macroangiopathy becomes the dependent variable Y ( = 1 , no = 0 ) , FFA and other risk factors as independent variables , the two-class multi-factor logistic regression analysis . The last course of the disease , systolic blood pressure , and FFA 0 into the regression equation . Conclusion OGTT macroangiopathy group points FFA significantly elevated , three the group FFA dynamic curve exist differences in FFA and diabetic macroangiopathy closely .
