Abstract


Objective To investigate the expression and significance of mfgl2 in murine experimental autoimmune hepatitis(EAH).Methods To induce the EAH model, the syngeneic S-100 antigen emulsified in complete Freud’s adjuvant was injected intraperitoneally to C57BL/6 at day 1 and day 7. Histopathologic examinations were detected at different time. Autoantibodies were detected with immunofluorescence. The expression of mfgl2 in spleen were detected by immunohistochemistry, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and flow cytometry.Results EAH model was established by using immune intraperitoneally twice. Infiltration of inflammatory cell and formation of necrosis were detected with pathologic histology. Anti- smooth muscle antibody (SMA) were detected with immunofluorescence. The expression of mfgl2 in spleen were found in EAH groups, but the expression of mfgl2 in spleen were not found in normal control groups.Conclusion mfgl2 is expressed in the spleen of murine of EAH. It may have a function of immunological regulation through T cell. mfgl2 may have a good function of pathogenesis in murine experimental autoimmune hepatitis.
