Abstract


In a market economy , the hospital inevitably into the fierce market competition among hospital personnel in order to survive and develop without the support of human resource management is becoming increasingly important . Human resource management is the core content through a variety of effective incentive so that employees play the greatest efficiency , thereby improving organizational performance . Modern human resource management theory is generally believed that job satisfaction and motivation management measures are inseparable, cause the majority of employees are not satisfied with the incentive policy is bound to be unworkable . How to practice, to develop an effective incentive programs to improve employee satisfaction , motivation to achieve the desired effect , is one of many hospital administrators pondered. In this study, Bristol Hospital, for example , first of all hospital Human Resource Management and incentive policies conducted a preliminary understanding, find out a number of issues , and analyzes the reasons ; then apply organizational behavior and human resource management and other related theories , to take questionnaires and interviews of hospital staff satisfaction surveys , to obtain reliable data to support , through statistical analysis to identify the hospital staff are not satisfied with the current main factors ; Finally, according to the survey to grasp the situation , combined with actual hospital , the hospital's incentive programs were optimized. Program design , including design purpose, six incentive principle four incentives, and four supporting measures. By studying the final conclusion: a unified ideological understanding is the practice of incentives of the soul , scientific approach to job evaluation is the practice of incentives based on rational distribution system and the right personnel system is the practice of incentives thrusters , people-oriented hospital culture is a key practice incentives .
