Abstract


Reform and opening up more than thirty years, the state of rapid economic development, acceleration of urbanization, the rapid expansion of urban areas, the original suburban industrial area was gradually surrounded by urban living area, changes in economic and social structures for urban development and urban living areas of environmental requirements, the original the gradual weakening of industrial areas, how well the part of the transformation of industrial buildings and re-use, become a hot research topic today. Guangzhou currently reusing old industrial buildings and case studies are rare, it is necessary to study the topic, improve and supplement, and explore the old industrial buildings in Guangzhou for the reuse strategy and design countermeasures.At present, Guangzhou, reuse of old industrial buildings at the micro level, the implementation of " reduce two into three " policy, "reduce two into three" policy refers to the adjustment of industrial structure, reduce the secondary industry, the development of tertiary industry; "return "within and around the internal loop of heavy pollution, energy consumption and poor efficiency of industrial enterprises focused, layered, sub-regional, sub-time relocation, alteration or close production.Liwan District, Guangzhou City, is a traditional industrial base areas, with the overall development strategy of Guangzhou, the implementation of industry will gradually move out. According to Guangzhou downtown industrial land survey and database building - green" reduce two "Enterprise Land Survey" in Guangzhou city in 2010 and 2015 , " reduce two " list of companies account for a large share in Liwan District, Liwan District is currently in some old industrial buildings have been successful examples of reuse of old industrial buildings, Liwan District, re-use strategy and design from the perspective of countermeasures research on old industrial buildings in Guangzhou as well as re-use of urban space has a very active conservation and development significance and role.To be divided into five chapters of this thesis, research paper, Liwan District, Guangzhou, reuse of old industrial buildings, some of the first chapter is an introduction, mainly from the study defined the background and significance of topics, research methods and research framework for various aspects of the subject as interpretation and definition. The second chapter discusses the reuse of old industrial buildings general design methods and models. The third chapter discusses the Liwan District of Guangzhou the layout of the old industrial buildings and reuse policies. The fourth chapter discusses the recent Old Industrial Buildings Case Studies and reuse strategies. The final chapter is to conclude discussion of the full text. Through the research on the old industrial buildings about the reuse patterns, reuse design, reuse policies and mechanisms. Exploring suitable way for the reuse strategy and design strategies on old industrial building in Liwan District, Guangzhou.Improve and supplement reuse of system on old industrial buildings in Guangzhou. Reference and inspiration Guangzhou and other areas for future reuse of the old industrial buildings as well as protection and development of urban historical space.
