Abstract


The node of cold-formed steel structure residential buiding is essential to the performance of the overall structure, the loads of studs and tracks all transfer to the other components through the node. Therefore, this thesis is to explore one of the nodes, with a view to identifying the simply calculation method of researching the capacity of node of cold-formed steel structure residential buiding. The contents of thesis include mainly as follows:Firstly, the thesis introduced specifically the characteristics of the cold-formed steel structure residential buiding, the application of the cold-formed steel structure residential buiding at present in domestic and oversea, and the difficulties of promoting the cold-formed steel structure residential buiding system in our country.Secondly, the thesis introduced specifically the semi-rigid nodes, and analyzed the domestic and oversea researching of semi-rigid nodes, especially for the semi-rigid nodes of the cold-formed structure residential buiding. Besidely, the thesis listed several models which the predecessors studied so far the present.Thirdly, the thesis introduced the specifications and use of self-drilling screws, and introduced the capacity theory of self-drilling screws and connection using self-drilling screws, then calculated and analyzed the connection capacity under the different number and diameter of self-drilling screws. In the end, the thesis compared and analyzed the capacity of connection using self-drilling screws in all kinds of conditions, and got the changing regulations of capacity under different factors.Fourthly, the thesis put forward the mechanical model, the theory analysis assumption and the simplify calculation method of the load-bearing wall and floor joists connection node, and then deduced the M---θrelationship and drew the M—θcurve. In the end, the thesis verified the feasibility of this method and the accuracy of the results through comparing the results of the analysis with ANSYS results.Fifthly, the thesis put forward the finite element analysis assumption, the type of element, the model of materials and the characteristic value of materials of the load-bearing wall and floor joists connection node, and then analyzed the similarities and differences of two results and the reason of differences, according to the corresponding theoretical calculation result. In the end, the thesis proved the feasibility of calculating such problem by the finite element analysis software ANSYS.Sixthly, the thesis analyzed the effects of different parameters such as different number of screw and different thickness of gusset to the behavior of node, by the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and drawn relevant conclusions.Finally, on the basis of the above research, the thesis sumed up the main conclusions and proposed the further improved work in this paper according to the domestic and oversea research direction.
