Abstract


In china, the peculiar urban village is the result of high-speed urbanization. Worldwide urbanization is an inevitable trend of whole society development. In the developing history for civilization of mankind, urbanization is objective laws which can not be changed by any human conation, is also historic course which every country must go through in the world. Along with the deepening of reform and opening, our urbanization progress is also speeding up. City is quick expansion at the same time politics, economy and culture make astounding advances of development. Although Kunming city is located at the south east of China, it also undergoes the trial. In the main urban zone, the quantity of urban village is increased to 336 units in 2008 from 288 units in 2003. So, it needs to transform these urban village, the transformation study of urban village is imperative in Kunming city.The topic study focus on the update mechanism of urban village transformation in Kunming city, refer to solution of special problem for demolition, relocation & compensation, population & household register, land property, safeguard mechanism of renew policy which urban village transformation involves in, find out the more reasonable mode of urban village transformation in Kunming City. Study in urban village’s update mechanism & transformation mode & relative countermeasure have much more important theoretical & practical significance, it is in favor of promoting smoothness of five years’ urban village transformation at main urban zone in Kunming City.The text starts from the current status of urban village in Kunming city and study the update mechanism of urban village. The text is divided into seven chapters. First chapter belongs to introduction which mainly introduces the study background & significance and state the train of thought for manuscript. The second chapter mainly collects the domestic and overseas research data, states concept about urban village, dual structure of ownership etc. The third chapter analyze all kinds of reasons that urban village form, summarize the study data about the current states of urban village in Kunming city and obtain types and features of urban village. By way of research & analysis, know the problem that urban village arise. That is to say, it is the inevitable conclusion of urban village transformation. The fourth chapter research and study society, economy, population, environmental status from urban village, analyze the external power supply for the urban village in Kunming city, it is the necessary of city’s renew development and mainly belongs to government guide and market adjustment. Also, it has the internal power supply and it is the internal need of urban village, is mainly social need, economic development need and environmental need. The fifth chapter mainly set about social safeguard mechanism, economic safeguard mechanism, environmental safeguard mechanism, safeguard mechanism of transformation policy. Analyze the transformation mode of urban village, mainly belongs to transformation mode to the body with the government, to the body with developer, to the body with village autonomy. The sixth chapter studies the role of interest groups during the course of urban village transformation mainly by way of game analysis of urban village Transformation, and then put forward planning objective & planning control about the urban village transformation.
