Abstract


We are Qingdao rural primary school teachers concerned about the reason can be summed up with a few keywords , and that is \Between these three closely related and influence each other . Building a harmonious society , harmonious education needs . Harmonious education focused on rural education , rural education in rural primary school teachers focus on team building situation . Construction of teachers in rural primary objective analysis of the status of secondary normal schools is directly related to the direction of reform and development , and the success of the reform of secondary normal turn, restricts the quality of primary school teachers .
