Abstract


Scientific Development View has already become the guiding ideology of economical and social development in China. With the development of urbanization, it is necessary to apply Scientific Development View to theory and practice of urban planning.The meaning and content of Scientific Development View and urban planning is analyzed, and it is essentialy unified between the Scientific Development View and urban planning. Scientific Development View is reflected in urban planning, and its guiding significance is figered out. Scientific Development View is reflected in regional project from the view of humanism, comprehensive coordination and sustainable development.Hanyu district is took as an example, the application of Scientific Development View in Hanyu district is comprehensive analyzed. Based on the background and related plan of Hanyu district, the principles of planning are put forward. Advanced results and experiences both domestic and abroad are applied in research of special planning. The achivements of planning are put forward.
